Castle Hill Hospital unveils £1.7m technology in fight against cancer

An innovative, £1.7m piece of equipment that will support hospital staff in the battle against cancer has officially been unveiled. The Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerator (Linac) was unveiled this week at the Queen’s Centre at Castle Hill Hospital. It was unveiled by Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust chief executive, Chris Long, and chairman, Terry Moran.
