Lichfield cancer patient forced to wait almost every day for radiotherapy treatment

A Lichfield cancer patient has spoken of her frustration after enduring a six-week course of radiotherapy which saw her treatment delayed at almost every visit due to machine failure. Jan Whitehouse was treated at the Royal Derby Hospital in September and October and had to wait up to two-and-a-half hours, day after day, for a treatment session lasting just 12 minutes.
