Parents of Freya Bevan launch branch of charity which helped save her life and name it after her

The parents of a brave toddler who received lifesaving treatment´┐╝ for a rare brain tumour have launched a Welsh branch of the charity that helped save her life. Her family had hoped she would get NHS funding for proton beam therapy in America but, following a nine-week wait, they found out that it would not happen. However, charity Kids ‘n’ Cancer offered her a lifeline just one week later, in the form of proton beam treatment at the ProCure Proton Therapy Centre in America.
