SNP urged to come clean on cancer specialists plan

SNP ministers are under pressure to spell out when they will deliver the 100 extra cancer specialists they promised before the Holyrood election. In a speech she made seven weeks before election last May, Nicola Sturgeon said that the new radiotherapy experts would be hired if her party was re-elected. But the posts have not materialised and the Scottish government appears unable to say when they will.
