There is little data regarding the effectiveness of palliative radiotherapy with conventional fractionation for metastatic renal cell carcinoma, which has been described as radio-resistant. This report is a retrospective analysis of patients with metastatic bony disease from renal cell carcinoma treated with radiotherapy.
