West Ham lay on special day to raise awareness for brave Isla Caton at London Stadium

West Ham have been praised for their efforts in helping raise awareness surrounding the cause of Isla Caton. The brave three-year-old, who lead the Hammers out against Bournemouth at London Stadium on Saturday, is currently undergoing a 15-month course chemotherapy and radiotherapy for a rare child cancer called Neuroblastoma, the same disease which Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery suffered from.
