Widowed by cancer, farmer turns mystery crop circle into £5,000 boost for hospital cancer appeal

A farmer who lost his wife to cancer last year has turned an unexpected crop circle in one of his fields into a fundraising opportunity for the hospital that treated her. James Hussey saw an opportunity to help the Brighter Futures appeal, which is looking to raise £2.9 million for a new radiotherapy unit at the Great Western Hospital in nearby Swindon.
